DREAM WORK IN THE THERAPEUTIC PROCESS

In this workshop we will explore the wisdom of night-time dreams and identify ways to work with those insights in therapy to help clients increase self-awareness, gain clarity, and experience healing. This will be an experiential and interactive workshop with opportunities to work with symbols, images, and a dream or two! At the end of this 5-hour training, participants will be able to:

Identify ideas from scientific research, cultural/religious practices, and psychological viewpoints that support the use of dream work in therapy

Describe the Jungian framework for working with dreams

Identify ways to work with imagery and symbols

CE PROGRAM POLICIES
FEES AND REFUNDS:
Participant cancellations: Cancellations received at least one week prior to the date of workshop will be refunded, minus 25% administrative fee. Cancellation must be submitted in writing to bethcooklpc@bethcooklpc.com. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than a week prior to date of workshop or for failure to attend.
Presenter cancellations: If workshop is cancelled due to emergencies, technology issues, low enrollment, hazardous weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond presenter’s control, participants will be notified and issued a full refund.
Postponements: If a seminar is postponed, all registered participants will have the option to attend the seminar on the newly scheduled date or have their registration fee refunded.
CONFIDENTIALITY OF PARTICIPANT INFORMATION: Payments for CE programs are taken through Square which is considered a secure and trusted payment platform. Participant information related to continuing education programs is kept confidential and used solely for program administration and compliance. Records are maintained securely in accordance with NBCC requirements.
PROGRAM COMPLAINTS: If a participant has a complaint or problem related to a CE program, the issue should be submitted in writing to Beth Cook, LPC, at bethcooklpc@bethcooklpc.com. All submissions will be reviewed and responded to within ten business days. This communication will be documented and retained along with other records from the CE program in accordance with NBCC policy.
